Stone Family Evaluation

Your Evaluation Plan

After reviewing your notes about your intervention plan for the Stone family, identify the measures that you would use to determine the extent to which your client's goals have been reached. Speculate on the degree to which your client would be able to reach the goals.

Open your notebook and answer the following:

  • Provide goals, process and outcome measures for the following issues:

    • Unresolved grief issues
    • Care for Ms. Stone's mother
    • Threat of losing the family home
    • Maintenance of the playground
  • Evaluate the extent to which you believe your practice was culturally sensitive. Can you identify specific uses of culturally sensitive knowledge and skills in your work on the Stone case?
