Understanding the Sociogram

An ecomap (or, in this case, a community sociogram), is a structural diagram of important relationships with or between people, groups, and organizations. Social workers use the sociogram to show the coalition of resources that seem likely to affect clients’ efforts to meet goals. Below is a sociogram for Hudson City.
