Your Intervention Plan
After reviewing your notes about your intervention plan, identify the measures that you would use to determine whether your client's goals have been reached or not. Speculate on the degree to which your client would be able to reach the goals.
Did your intervention plan reflect the results of a dual assessment? As you evaluate your efforts, think about what you need to learn from Hudson City’s response to this disaster in order to plan adequately for the possibility of another catastrophic event. What information will advocates, practitioners, and policymakers need in order to put new systems in place and modify existing approaches? What do advocates from the disadvantaged community need to ensure that they can successfully advocate for funding and planning so the same groups are not unfairly disadvantaged the next time?
