After reviewing the case file and evaluation instruments, consider the questions below:

  1. Do you believe that a high satisfaction rating from users is evidence that the service is effective? Why?
  2. What would tell you if a survey of staff and volunteers is a reliable instrument?
  3. The RAINN system could match user satisfaction ratings with specific volunteers. Do you think that RAINN should do this? Why? How else could such information be used?
